Our personalised approach
Your first consultation lasts 45 minutes involving a thorough medical history check along with some physical assessments to help identify an appropriate treatment plan that best suits you and your needs. We suggest that you wear something comfortable that you are okay to exercise in.
Following your initial consultation your next session will be the start of your tailored exercise program. This involves 30 minutes of one on one time with supervision of your warm-up and cool down before and after your workout.
After completing your 6 week tailored exercise program you will be booked in for a review consultation to re-assess and identify improvements in your physical health and well being. Your program will be adjusted to suit your new physical capabilities, allowing you to reach your newly set goals.
